January - State of the Nation
As you are aware we have been going through our Great IT Systems Migration of 2010! This has been one hell of a ride and in a few weeks this will be a distant memory. We appreciate how painful it has been and want to thank you for your patience as we have dealt with the unplanned for crisis of malicious attacks and how this forced us to implement our IT changes quicker than scheduled.As you can see from your own back office things are looking better than ever. Apart from the items listed below, I can also share that over the period of February to April we have challenged our developers in all areas – Sitetalk, back office, Unaico web site, Oxford Program, I-Investorclub, web shop, Adclicks and so forth – to take it to the next level. Our goal is to have an IT system and interface that is second to none, and for you to have a system that you can be proud of. Just showing our IT to people who understand our business will be enough to sponsor them, no questions asked! To summarize our strategy, we want to be the Internet Direct Selling organization and leading the field on IT and online support and recruitment tools for you.

SiteTalk
Moving rapidly towards completion of basic Social Networking functions like searching for friends, connecting with friends, adding messages on friend’s wall and sending private message to personal Inbox.Though the above so called basic features of a Social Networking Platform (SNP) seem obvious and basic, the technical aspects of the functions are very advanced. A lot of time needs to be focused conducting “Stress Tests” on the various features. SiteTalk is in a good position at the moment, learning from other SNPs mistakes. As some of you might already have experienced, Facebook is having major stability issues, giving members a lot of internal error codes and also posting messages on wrong persons Wall and Inbox. From a technical point of view, the SiteTalk development team has set up a Testing Group that our community members can join. You can find more information on your personal start page of SiteTalk.com
With the start from first week of February, community members will see the community grow and grow. Not only seeing functions being added but more importantly seeing how fast their networks will grow, with friends, family and colleagues being added daily. SiteTalk will host multi language settings. The user can set what language they want buttons, menus etc to be displayed. Language adaptation and implementation is an ongoing process and commencing during Feb.
IT development team is working on 6 major releases in 2010. More information will be given out at a later date.
SiteTalk Mall
SiteTalk Mall is the e-commerce platform of SiteTalk Communities Ltd. Structure and planning phase has commenced. Functions linked to community profile and compensation plan are under technical architecture. SiteTalk Mall is an extremely important part of SiteTalk. The mall will be one of the major features that make us unique in the community industry. By using the power of peoples buying behavior and Webb 3.0, SiteTalk mall will drive product turnover. More information regarding features in the Mall will be communicated on continues basis in upcoming State of the Nation Calls and emails.Shares Dividend

During the month of January, we have faced a sustained DDOS attack, moved our hosting providers and upgraded our software systems and added considerable redundant systems and capacity to ensure that our business is online and working for our members. We can finally report that our server infrastructure is working exactly as we had planned.We are testing and getting more functions online and over the coming days and you will see further improvements in the functionality. In the Members Area of Unaico we now have a Withdrawal process directly linked to Towah. This means that you can request a payment from your back office and once accepted by one of our Administrators, your money will be directly transferred to your account within seconds.
In upgrading our systems we have also enhanced a number of security features on the programming. One of these changes has been to move many of our key functions away from the simple real-time processing to a more robust and traceable batch processing method, these include Binary placement process (Every 3 minutes) and binary point allocations process (Every 3 Hours).
For our Administration and Support Team we have a new state of the art CRM system designed to track the key actions carried out by Members and Administrators. This gives us a history with dates and times of various actions that take place on a members account.
Over the next few weeks we will be moving away from Username password login to Email address and password login. This will mean that if you share an email address with another member you will need to think about changing the email address on one of these accounts to ensure that you are able to move to the new system of login without problems. If you are affected by this change we will contact you in due course and help you make the changes necessary to move forward. Our support Team are very pleased with our new Admin Area and our new Platform giving us many new ways of helping you expand and thrive with your Unaico business.We are apologizing for the delay in looking into all the letters you wrote within the first few days. Please use the 1 2 3 when signing in new members.
- Go to your binary placement sponsorship setting and check if your setting is correct.
- If you want to use other than your default setting, choose USE SELF (your own position) as binary sponsor placement OR put in username and LOCATE.
- Click Left/Right and click ENTER BINARY PLACEMENT. Then wait a 3-4 min to make sure the placement has been stored in our system.
Please use the function in your Member Area and write tickets to support, for your own convenience, also to make it easier to track your messages. Please remember to look for our answer.
Our staffs have no access to password or security password but are still able to help you. We have two new members in our staff… We want to welcome them into our Unaico staff.
