New Year News Update

Dear Partner,

This is the “End and Beginning of Year” news update. I want to do a quick reminder of what we have achieved so far, an update on some current issues, and highlight where we are going in 2010.

STATE OF THE ENIGRO AND UNAICO NATION

At the end of the year it is always good to sit down and take stock. While I have not been for even half of this year, I can still say that the progress has been astonishing.

I think it is accurate to say that a year ago we only had a few hundred people engaged with the company. Now we are talking over thirty thousand.

We had started in Norway. Now we have active distributors in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, France, UK, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Italy and Spain – in no particular order and just what I personally am aware of. Then add USA, Caribbean, as well as, of course, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Dubai… I know I have missed out on many and an apology if I missed out on your one, but the point is that it astonishes how much ground we have managed to cover in 2009.

In 2009 we did major events in Sweden, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia; and smaller events all over the place.

A year ago Rune Evensen, Frank Ricketts, Thomas and Kenny Nordlund, our great team in the Hong Kong office, myself, Helle, and all of the leaders out there in the nations I have mentioned above, none of us had joined the company. It is fitting that we express gratitude to Jarle and the very first pioneers who were here a year ago!

I think it is fair to say that in a year we have seen developments in every area of our business that are truly mind boggling. With the event of the 16th we will set the stage for 2010 and an acceleration of that process.

In 2009 we went from hundreds, to thousands and to tens of thousands. In 2010 we will go to hundreds of thousands and millions.

2010 is when we break every record in the book.

PROFIT SHARE POOLS

As you are aware, the Pools changed from profit share pools, to dividend payout per share. The first payout on this system will be in late January. Watch out for this automatic transfer into your mandatory account (we will let you know!).

I-INVESTOR

I-Investor payouts are in process. There has been a delay in synching between Unaico and I-investorclub but we are now set to pay out in January (end).

SERVER ISSUES

As you will be aware we have had a number of server issues, with slow system to outright server unavailability. We apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured that we have made Christmas less than festive for some of our IT folks and management team, working round the clock to sort out multiple issues.

Essentially, we have outgrown our old system way ahead of schedule, primarily caused by you guys pre-registering huge numbers of folks on SiteTalk. That we could have coped with on its own, but then we had a malicious DDOS attack (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack). Either one of these would have been manageable but both together slowed our system right down and even caused it to crash.

The good news is that your data and assets on our servers was never at risk in any way what so ever, and it has forced us accelerate the launch of the new IT infra-structure. As an aside, we have invested heavily in making sure you had and will have the best possible service under the circumstances.

We are monitoring the service continuously now and ask you to be patient with any issues over the next week or so. It is all part of our growing pains.

STATE OF THE NATION 2010

First, let me wish you all a Happy and Prosperous 2010.

2010 will be year when you have the chance to be part of our amazing story. We will build one of the world´s well-known social network platforms. We will break records for growth and touch millions of peoples’ lives.
As part of all of that, we will give commissions to the people who make that growth happen that will be breaking new ground in the Direct Selling industry. Our top income earners will sit at the top of the industry´s top earners. And thousands of “ordinary” people will receive an above average income for their involvement in our growth.

We will give out Rolex watches by the thousands, car awards by the hundreds, and some of our top people will be awarded luxury villas in Thailand.

Our people will travel to the Maldives, do shopping trips to New York, visit exotic destinations all over the world, all paid for by our incentives program.

How big a slice of all of this that you take for yourself, I don´t know. But it is all open for you; it´s all laying there on a platter for you to help yourself to as much as you want. All you have to do is speak to people.

Start now, before the New Year is here, by speaking to yourself and asking yourself a few questions:

If you knew you couldn’t fail, would you do this?

How big is your appetite for a Big Life?

If money was no object, what would you do?

Do you want to provide more for the people you care about?

What gets in the way of you engaging all your power?

What might have to be put on hold so you can focus on getting this done?

Then, write down what you will accomplish. Specifically.

Then, write down what you are going to do, how you will organize your time, how you will structure your life for the next 90 days to get it done. Specifically. In detail. No fluff.

Then do it.

JANUARY 16TH EVENT

We will present new pins for all levels. Rolex watches for a few of the higher levels, and show you the villa you will get at the top level (nobody there yet).

There will be merchandise available for sale at the convention: T-shirts, polo shirts, mouse pads, pens, USB sticks, Unaico/Sitetalk official stamps collector’s item, and SiteTalk Frisbees (expand your 3 foot rule to 30 foot or anyone you can hit!).

The bottom line is this: if you can’t afford to go, you absolutely HAVE to. How else are you going to change your financial situation? If money is a concern, you should not hesitate at all.

Make a commitment to yourself and see you on the 16th!
